How do I personalize my jewelry?
After adding a product to your cart, you'll be prompted to enter your customization details — such as your pet's name, photo, or a special date. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order. Then add it to your cart. If you'd like to order more than one, repeat the process before checking out.
Can I preview my design before ordering?
We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so we are unable to provide a preview of your product before shipping. Please follow the photo guidelines carefully to achieve the best result.
Do you only make products for cats and dogs?
Not at all! We can create jewelry featuring the face and paw print of any animal. For the best result, please upload a photo taken in a well-lit room or in natural daylight. A photo showing your pet from the head to the chest will give the best outcome. For the paw print, you will need to take a much closer photo of your pet's paw. Alternatively, for an even better result, you can use inkless print pads to capture a clean and detailed impression.
What photo should I upload?
For the best result, please upload a clear, high-resolution photo of your pet with good lighting and a plain background. Front-facing photos work best.

We ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
How long does delivery take?
Since every piece is custom-made, please allow 5–10 business days for production plus shipping time. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
